Cub Invitational Halloween Party: A Great Time By All!

Cubs, parents and siblings from three Cub Scout Packs were the invited guests at Troop 37’s 2018 Halloween Party, Oct. 23 at Dailey Hall, St. Ambrose Church, Peace of Christ Parish.

Pack 530 from the Thomas Ryan Community Center, Pack 62 from Irondequoit Presbyterian Church, and our own Parish Cub Pack, 230, came in for the games, fun and food.

The decorations included two dozen inflatable monsters provided by Peter Scribner, Scoutmaster of Troop 37. A short video of the event is posted on our YouTube channel.

The Scouts of the Troop, along with troop leaders, ran half a dozen games and events for the Cubs and their siblings. The quietest game was the “Play Dead” event, to see who could lay down the longest without moving.┬áThe evening wrapped up with a couple songs by Mr. Scribner, and Halloween snacks, of course.
